An independent cake maker based in Crediton. I specialise in creating bespoke wedding and occasion cakes, and have traded as Hat-a-Cakes since 2012.  You can also find me at the Crediton Farmers’ Market on the first and third Saturday of the month.

I freshly prepare every cake in my kitchen to order and I strive to use British and local ingredients where possible.  I always use locally sourced free range eggs, British sugar, British butter and British Shipton Mill flours.  I’ll be bringing a selection of brownies, cakes and other delicious things for you to eat on the day or to take home!
