The weekend comprises of three sessions – the following gives you an idea of what you can expect on each day…
Saturday 13th: 10am – 5pm
We are also closing Market Street to traffic and will be filling it with Street Food stalls leading down to Market Square where there will be a more of a Farmers’ Market style feel with more local food and drink stalls for you to explore.
At the centre of this will be our marquee where there will be demos, talks and events throughout the day.
There will be a variety of music throughout the day with local buskers and musicians situated around the square and in Market Street.
Saturday 13th: 5pm – 11pm
Many of our stallholders are remaining with us in to the evening and we aim to have a smooth transition in to the evening session – you are welcome to stay and enjoy the summer evening right through to 11pm!
The evening session kicks off with a Wine Tasting Event, hosted by Bruce Evans from the Grape and Grain, starting at 6pm. This is a ticketed event which will take place in the Festival Marquee. Tickets available from ‘The Grape & Grain, 130 High Street, Crediton.
The evening session is a chance to chill out with some delicious food and perhaps a drink or two!
Sunday 14th: 10.30am – 3.30pm
This session has a more chilled community atmosphere. Come and join us for a Sunday Brunch and why not stay for lunch whilst enjoying the relaxing music from our very own Moonhouse Jazz Band.
Market Street is still closed for traffic and will again be filled with Street Food Vendors – take your food and walk down to the seating areas in the Town Square, where there will be more food stalls to tempt you together with local drinks producers too!
There will also be a Craft Market full of locally made Crafts. This event is kindly organised for us by Sandford Craft Fair & Fundraiser and the afternoon wraps up around 3.30pm.
